We offer delivery Australia Wide.

Shipping to P.O Boxes is not available.

Please allow up to approximately 14 working days to receive your order

Delivery is serviced via Australia Post, E-go Couriers and/or any of their affiliates and partners.

Signature is required for all deliveries and Authority to Leave your parcel unattended is not an option.

You will receive a tracking number so you can track your order and know an approximate date of when your order may be delivered.

All delivery dates and times are approximate and unforeseen delays can occur.

If no one is home at the time of delivery our carrier will leave a call card for you to contact.

  • If your delivery travelled with Australia Post or any of their partners, you may need to visit your local Post Office to collect and sign for your goods.
  • If your order travelled with e-go Couriers or any of their partners, you will have another opportunity for one more redelivery which can be organised when you contact e-go. If you're not home again, then you'll need to go to their depot to collect and sign for your goods.


You can select the pickup option in the cart or at checkout.

Pick-up is free of charge.

Once your order is submitted, an email is sent out to you to let you know it is being processed and to please wait for 'pick up advise'. We ask that you don't make an attempt to pick up without it as your order may not be ready to be released to you.

IMPORTANT: Tax Invoice and Credit Card used to make payment, as well as a Photo ID, is required to be presented at time of pick up. Staff are unable to release the order to you without these documents.

Once your order has been processed and email is sent to advise the order is ready to be picked up for our warehouse.
