Returns Policy

All returns require a Returns Authorisation number from Belly 2 Baby. Items returned without this number will not be accepted. Please contact us via our contact page to apply for a return number. All returns are the customer’s responsibility. Returns are to our warehouse in the North of Brisbane Qld. If it is a warranty issue we will try our best to organise an RA number to a repair agent in your state.

Returns under Warranty

Once Belly 2 Baby receives your product/s together with the Tax Invoice and RA number, it is then processed under the manufacturer warranty and sent to be assessed. Once the manufacturer sends it back to us, we will return your product to you. Belly 2 Baby will pay the cost of returning the product to you.

Returns for change of mind, wrong choice or error in your order (any reason that is not covered under warranty)

You may be able to return your new, unused and unopened product to us within 7 days of purchase together with your Tax Invoice. Belly 2 Baby will credit your Belly 2 Baby account for the amount of the product as shown on your tax invoice. Shipping is not credited nor refunded.  We retain the right to decline the return under change of mind.

If you've placed an order and then change your mind 

All orders submitted are processed in real time. If you place an order and then change your mind you can request cancellation as long as we have not already booked the courier. All cancellations are given a store credit into your Belly 2 Baby account to be used for purchases.
